How Does the Process Work?
Vacation Property Services (VPS) provides resort area visitors with detailed
information to find upscale, privately owned vacation rental properties for their Utah
(Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons and Solitude) ski vacations. We work directly
with owners and provide an advertising medium for their premium properties,
serving as a booking referral agent rather than a property manager.

Our owners allow guests to stay in their Utah vacation homes, townhouses and
condos when they are not staying there themselves. These vacation properties are
well maintained, fully furnished and have not been abused in a typical “rental pool”.

VPS allows guests to rent directly from the owner and payment is made directly to
the owner. This method works well for both parties. Owners feel more comfortable
talking directly to guests and knowing who is occupying their vacation rental
property. Guests like the opportunity to speak directly with the owner to ask specific
questions about the area and property not to mention being able to get a lower
owner direct price on their vacation stay.

We provide detailed photographs and an in-depth description of our
properties so guests know exactly what they are renting.

owner a booking confirmation.

Payment is made directly to the home owner (including all applicable taxes).

Guests will be provided with all of the information such as directions, keys
and any other information needed to enjoy their vacation rental property.
