Over a decade ago, the owners of Vacation Property Services, LLC purchased their
first vacation rental property. As early users of the Internet due to one of owner’s
twenty plus years in the high tech industry, we quickly recognized the huge potential of
the Internet and other marketing mediums.
Recognizing that as the number of vacation rental and travel related websites
continues to grow dramatically, property owners and vacationers are faced with an
overwhelming choice of advertising and marketing venues. We formed VPS to
address the needs of property owners and vacationers in the emerging online
vacation rental market. Our goal is to provide timely and professional services that
help owners and vacationers save time and money.
VPS allows guests to rent directly from the owner and payment is made directly to the
owner. This method works well for both parties. Owners feel more comfortable
talking directly to guests and knowing who is occupying their property. Guests like the
opportunity to speak directly with the owner to ask specific questions about the area
and property not to mention being able to get a lower owner direct price on their
vacation stay.
