The owners of Vacation Property Services (VPS) have a long history in the vacation
rental property business. With the innovation of the Internet and other marketing
mediums, it is no longer necessary for owners to use traditional, full service property
management firms to obtain guest bookings. VPS clients are able to take advantage
of our hybrid advertising and referral service allowing them to enjoy increased
bookings while avoiding the high fees charged by property management companies.

VPS seeks to achieve a successful relationship between meeting the needs of
owners and guests when they are seeking premier mountain accommodations. We
work on a non-exclusive basis and vacation rental property owners have the right to
terminate our working relationship at any time as there are no restrictive contracts.

We are not property managers. We advertise and market your property and
screen all inquires and guests so the challenging work is done for you. This
saves you valuable time and money.

Owners have the opportunity to speak with all guests to make sure they have a
strong comfort level with who will be staying in their vacation rental property.

We can assist owners with providing sample rental agreements, checklists
and any general information or advice they may need when managing their own
property.

All payments are collected by you prior to the guest’s arrival.

Our fees are substantially lower than traditional property management fees.
